Welcome back to Wing Wars–like March Madness, only with chicken wings. We’re working our way through the bracket, and two poultry places–the Ugly Mug and Fuel Pizza–have each landed a perch in the final four. That means just two spots remain. Today we see whether one of them will go to BonChon, the Korean chain that’s world-renowned for its wing wizardry, or friendly neighborhood bar Duffy’s, where everyone knows whether you like ’em hot, medium, or mild.
