At Saturday’s Nationals game against the Brewers, you won’t have to feel too guilty about indulging in some nachos and a beer (or several). Results the Gym is hosting two workouts before the game to support the Nationals Dream Foundation and offering tickets for the game right after.

Anyone is welcome to the pregame workouts, which include a two-hour Zumba dance party and a pro-training circuit, where trainers will lead you through a strength and conditioning circuit. Got kids? Send them over to the Kids Zone, where they’ll be able to play various games and activities and meet a Nationals mascot.

The pregame workouts will take place on the southeast corner outside Nationals Stadium under a red tent (First St., NE). Classes start at 10 AM, but you’re encouraged to arrive 30 minutes early to leave time for check-in and registration.

Don’t have time to stay for the game? The workouts are still open to you for $20. Those who plan to stay for the game and sit in the 200-level scoreboard pavilion section pay $36. For 100-level corner seats, the fee is $48. The event is rain or shine, and there are no refunds.

Tickets to the game are limited and are only available for purchase at either Results Gym Capitol Hill or the downtown location until Thursday. Visit the gym’s website for more information.
