Brookville Market

Mr. Lee of Brookville Market will happily lead you to any items you’re looking for, and if it’s not there, he’s happy to order it.

Cooked brisket: Not Available.

Uncooked brisket: $6.49 per pound. Lean cut is available.

Wagshal’s has been open for more than 80 years, and labels itself “DC’s premier delicatessen and gourmet market.”

Maryland

Shaul’s Kosher Market

Shaul’s was founded more than 20 years ago to meet the needs of a growing Jewish community around Silver Spring.

Cooked brisket (with gravy): $19.99 per pound, but it must be ordered three days in advance.

Uncooked brisket: $11.99 per pound.
