Teddy's roti is not what they say it is, i went to buy a chicken roti and oxtail peas and rice and the roit had a fly in it and the peas and rice was sour
DO NOT FREQUENT FREDDY's Roti Shop. It is a Nightmare on Georgia Avenue. Freddy--his real name is not even Teddy it is Dave apparently--has provided terrible service DC for the last time.
The prices are not what they say. I went in to purchase a pumpkin roti for the price of maximum $6.75 based on his prices on the mobile chalkboard, and ended up spending $12. Instead of Freddy being upset at himself for not updating his price list, he tried to blame it on the cashier. He said and quote, "that is why you take the customer's money first." How ridiculous is that. Having empathy for the cashier's situation, I decided to pay the exorbitant first. I mean who wants to have someone lose a job during the recession, even if it's Freddy's son
