Now you can find many places that want to get new customers using the phrase "Peruvian broil chicken." The smell around the streets is the first sign that you are getting close to this place. The fries are delicious (did you know that the potato is from Peru?) along with "the yellow sauce". What I do is to mix 3 o 4 "yellow sauces" with one "green spicy sauce". That way you will get "the best of both worlds"..., something similar to a Latin living in USA.
