Amazed at the miscommunication among the captains and the rest of the staff. We were offered the dover, which according to the Capitan who offered this unique and rare opportunity to try this magnificent fish, was only available as a special request because it was not part of their regular 5-7 course menu. After an excellent and well articulated sales pitch and glorification of how marvelous this fish was going to be prepared by the chef everyone on our table wanted to get it. We were all exited about the experience we were about to have only to find out from the waiter (after 10min) that "redardsless of what he say, we don't have the dover sole", in fact non of the other "specials"were available. Pistoff everone and we are never going again

We were offered a special and then had it taken away after 3 out of 4 people at the table wanted to order the special. The words "redardsless of what he say, we don't have the dover sole" set the tone to our night. Two of the five courses we ordered were delivered to the wrong person, not once but twice. Also, one of the people eating a fish found a huge bone in the fish. However, all of that got eclipsed by seeing our waiters drinking wine at the drink station next to our table. We finally put it together, why would the staff care about providing a good service, if they are busy getting drunk. I will NEVER return to or recommend this place. In my opinion, this place should be removed from the "Best" list. Unless best=price tag.
