I took friends from out of town to Evo Bistro. I had been there once before and had a good experience. Last night was a different situation. First, when we got there they had messed up our reservation, making it only for 4 instead of 6. They said it would only be a 15 minute wait though. *An hour later* we complained that we still hadn't been seated even though we had reservations. They miraculously found seats for us right away - even though I didn't see anyone leave, making me suspect that those seats had been available long before we complained. Then our waiter spoke so softly that we could barely hear him. Finally, by the time we were ready to order dessert, they were out of two of them. It will be a long time before I go back.
