Enough rudeness to ruin your day. No vegetarian options (and they refused to substitute items to create a vegetarian order). The waiter was abrupt and defensive. Billing was agonizing; the bill included charges for food we did not order, and a hefty extra charge that we didn't notice till we left. We have no idea what it was for. Bread, maybe? After they swiped a credit card, we wanted to change to another card. They refused but would not explain why. A mandatory 18% tip was added to the bill - we would not have voluntarily rewarded such service. The food was not special enough to make the service tolerable. The dining room was nearly empty - deservedly so. It used to be one of my favorites, but I will not return.
