Called an made reservations 3 weeks before hand for a birthday dinner for 15 of us, no problems making the reservation. Called back a week later to confirm the reservation (glad i did) and spoke with Ryan who proceeded to tell us that they dont take reservations in the evening and, regardless of what i was told that i was out of luck, it was their policy. I certainly understand the policy, what i dont understand is the fact that one of their staff "put it in the books" and took the reservation and was obviously mistaken and the staff made no effort to correct the situation. Called back to log a complaint and Ryan stated that he would hold it for us since it was their mistake, had already made reservations elsewhere...
