I have had an office dinner and a soccer team dinner at Cuzco, and I was thanked over and over by the people who joined me. Cuzco is one of my kids favorite places to eat. Personally, I love the ceviche, and the portion is large enough to make it a meal. I like the lightness and exotic flavors of the food, especially the combinations of veggies, meat, seafood, and mild, perfect spices that I could never match at home. The food is excellent and is unique in this area. The selection is broad, and the owners personally attended to us and helped us understand what suited us best. The Cabrejos family is attentive, friendly, and professional. You will want to return often.
