I had a terrible experience at Dino, the staff was rude and when I called to speak to the manager the owner was just RUDE. He argued with me the entire time and had a very rude tone. I am so unhappy and believe a good restaurant is nothing (even with great food) when there is terrible service...especially coming from the owner. I have read multiple reviews other places and it is common to see people upset with the service and some even mentioned the owner in particular.
