There must a dearth of dim sum places in the DC area. The service is often horrible, bordering on rude (and seems to have gotten worse lately. Maybe the closing of Hollywood East in Wheaton has something to do with it.) They must feel they can get away with this kind of behaviour because of the long lines of customers waiting to eat. The food is ok but the bad service can leave a bad taste.
