The past 4 times (my mom's obsessed with their duck) my family has eaten there, we were told that we had to leave by a certain time. Tonight, we ate there to celebrate Mother's Day and we sat down at 4:30. We were told that we need to be out of there by 6 by our waitress. Who does that? We had reservations! Then when we asked the hostess/assistant manager why they always tell us to leave by a certain time, she proceeded to scream at us! It was unbelievable. Their duck is NOT worth the rude service. We are done with that place.

A bad place to go for an evening meal. I have been there twice; first time in a party of 4, one very pregnant. Pouring rain there was a scrum of people waiting for their table in the narrow hall — seated at least 1/2 hour late. The service was abrupt and rude. Second time last we arrived on time and checked in — they said 15 minutes for our table. Huge mob waiting in the narrow door area — 45 minutes later we left for 3 reasons — (1) not seated, no prospect of being seated; (2) they have promised next 4-top, but gave it to someone else (they were making the same false promise to everyone); (3) hostess told us we arrived 15 minutes late, which was simply false. Apologies — hah!

Overbooking is their model, food so-so.
