The food at BDT is to die for!
Ask for the bone marrow... it is not on the list, but seems to always be available. My friend and I ate 3 orders during meal. Pheasant is delicious and try the new swiss chard pie side dish! Good wine list and William Washington (head Hocho) is great!
Gosset '99 is a value for such a great champagne.
Not an inexpensive dinner, but decor, service, food and (may seem weird) bathrooms are five star

I'll start off by saying the service could be better, some try too hard and others not hard enough. It always seems as if too many people are being herded into the restaurant at one time. It may not be the servers fault. The food continues to amaze again and again. The long ribs are perfection! Every time I go I like to try something different but I long for the foie brulee. Just a subtle hint for whom it may concern. One of my favorite places in DC. Definitely recommend to anyone. Wine list is too expensive though. Can't wait to see the summer menu.
