Your list is great, but you missed the absolute best bar in DC! Wisdom: A cocktail parlour, located at 1432 Pennsylvania Avenue, SE, provides its patrons sophisticated cocktails and fantastic daily drink specials too. Hey, where else can you go to get Absinthe or a peanut butter and jelly sandwich martini? The list of speciality cocktails is endless. Erik is a genius at mixing cocktails. Wisdom is a must see bar. It’s the preferred bar of choice for BOOZE CLUB - DC (we have over 600 members).
You can check out Wisdom at: http://dcwisdom.com/
You can check out BOOZE CLUB by googling "BOOZE CLBU DC". We’re on the meetup.com website.

I like to head to The Hudson on 24th and M on Saturday nights for a nice chill atmosphere and some good lounge tunes from the DJ...good drinks, pricy, but worth it.

I’d like to point out a great bar that you missed. It’s actually quite an egregious omission. Billy Martin’s Tavern. They just celebrated their 75th anniversary. I’m stunned that this classic establishment wasn’t on your list. When I see something like this I wonder exactly how these lists are compiled.
That also brings to mind your Top 100 Restaurants issue. How did Bourbon Steak make the list when it wasn’t open until the 2nd week in December? I tried to get reservations for the 6th of December and was told that they weren’t open and wouldn’t be for at least another week or two.
