For finger foods and drinks specials at great prices, try Mezza Luna (at 19th and M ST). The venue is small and it doesn’t seem many people know about this place (or it’s good deal!) so it’ usually never packed so you’ll get a seat at the bar. And the people who do come there come to enjoy without the attitude.
