Chef Alex McWilliams has created a menu with such dishes as braised artichokes and spring onions with lemon-rosemary vinaigrette, peppercress, and artichoke chips; grandanina pasta cooked risotto style with foraged mushrooms and fresh garbanzo beans; and a fennel-sausage frittata with broccoli rabe, roasted red peppers, pine nuts, and mozzarella. Housed inside the Liaison Capitol Hill, Art Smith's Southern comfort restaurant is offering brunch-bound moms a complimentary Champagne cocktail and a box of chocolates, starting at 11 AM. At this sky-high restaurant, the Dixie Senators will perform during brunch to celebrate moms and families.
