These days, swimming pools can be just as exclusive as restaurants, hotels, you name it. DC is no stranger to this pool trend, and there are quite a few spots we have our eyes on. We long to do luxurious laps under Rossyln’s skyline or sight-see our capitol’s monuments from the comfort of a cool pool in the middle of summer. Luckily for residents at these roof-top and backyard pools, their summer oasis is just steps—or an elevator ride—away.
