how do I find a civil rights attorney that is good?

I think it is a national disgrace that when Constitutional rights are violated one has to search day and night for assistance . There are many seeking help and not in it for the money either, we want this system ended.
We have had our rights violated via hearings and our disabled children sold into the probate system due to the incredible and dangerous scam guardianship is and want this abuse to end.
Guardianship makes them wards of the courts and strips them of their rights and does not enhance any parental rights.
