Picking a lawyer and surviving the "justice system" is like running through a mine field naked in the dark. It has been both overwhelming and disheartening. An American's freedom from being imprisoned for decades should not be reliant on luck or insider information. The Justice System should be much much much more fair and egalitarian.
My friend got caught selling meth. The DEA stepped on and around all of his rights as an American. His lawyer, while both expensive and highly recommended, was incomprehensibly inept and uninvolved. He had no real defense at all. My friend confessed, pled guilty and was cooperative. He is now serving 18 years in prison while most others with his criminal charges get just a couple of years. The Justice System is terribly flawed. Being lucky and wealthy enough to find a good lawyer (who will fight for you and get you treated decently by the court) should not be a part of the equation.

  • Lawyers are very helpful person, while we are in any trouble and unfortunately entered into any crime cases. So keeping the good and well experienced lawyers information with us is a great thing.
