Intellectual-property issues concern the golf business, and the alcohol company needs him to keep tabs on excise taxes. Working for window and door manufacturers on Fortune’s home-security roster, Matt successfully led an effort to bolster incentives for consumers to buy energy-efficient doors and windows.
