Walmart’s top Republican lobbyist is involved in just about every big issue of the day, including labor, financial services, comprehensive tax reform, and free-trade agreements with South Korea, Panama, and Colombia. Replogle has traveled to Panama and Colombia to meet with government and industry players in those countries, though he’s typically on the Hill drumming up support for the free-trade agreements.

Replogle has strong ties to Republican leadership, having worked for senators John Thune, Lamar Alexander, and Jon Kyl. He also spent time in the George W. Bush White House and as legislative-affairs adviser to the Secretary of Commerce.
