Arlington has three distinct areas: the Rosslyn/Ballston corridor, the Crystal City/Pentagon City area, and South Arlington, which includes Shirlington. All three are pedestrian-friendly and have good access to public transportation—as well as lots of development. Here’s a look at 12 new condo and townhouse devel-opments in Arlington.
