Nycci Nellis Who she is: publisher, the List, a restaurant Web site. Torun Walker Who she is: owner, Romance for the Senses, a lingerie boutique in Alexandria. What she’s buying: comfortable stacked heels; “I spend a lot of time on my feet helping customers or chasing after my four-year-old.” Walker’s choice: Tara Subkoff for Easy Spirit suede shoes, $280 at the Shoe Hive (115 S.
