"For important meetings, nothing looks better than Armani," says Nguyen, who recently bought this suit and Neiman Marcus.
Senior vice president of marketing, XM Satellite Radio
What matters to her most about work clothes: “They have to be stylish but comfortable. I don’t have a lot of time to fuss about clothes; things have to fit well and make me feel good.” Favorite designer: “Armani—it gives you such presence.” On her shopping list: “I used to wear more skirt suits when I worked in telecommunications. But I recently joined XM, a young, hip company, so I’m buying professional clothes that are a bit more casual—jackets and pants paired with fun tops or blouses.” Her favorite splurge: “I work hard, so when I feel like I need to treat myself, it’s a pair of Manolo Blahniks.”
