There’s more! Saks Fifth Avenue is partnering up with NYC & Company and will offer a VIP shopping package to third-night guests. The package includes an exclusive personal-shopping experience in the Fifth Avenue Club, special savings, and complimentary coffee and dessert at Saks Fifth Avenue’s Cafe SFA, which overlooks Rockefeller Center and the Channel Gardens. The promotion runs July 1 through September 7.

Love is in the Air at Willard InterContinental Washington
DC gets little acclaim for being a romantic town. True, it might not have the flair of Paris or the mystery of New York, but the Willard InterContinental Washington is working hard to manufacture a little romance of its own with two packages. First, the Romantic Escape Package includes a bottle of sparkling wine, a bouquet of flowers, and a box of chocolates with a starting rate from $359. A second, the Capital Night of Romance package, is a one-night deal, which includes: breakfast in bed for two, champagne, chocolates, dipped berries, a book of poetry, classical romance CDs, a Jacuzzi complete with rose petals, scented candles and bath salts, overnight parking and a gift certificate for a future stay in a standard room. The package starts at $2,300 (add an in-room, hour-long massage for two for an additional $250).
Big Easy Savings
The Roosevelt New Orleans has a long and storied past; it’s the former stomping grounds of such luminaries and showmen as Louis Armstrong, Bob Hope, Ray Charles and Jack Benny. After a three-year $145-million restoration, the hotel is back and better than ever. In recognition of its July grand opening, the hotel is offering packages designed to reintroduce guests to the hotel, which is now a member of the Waldorf Astoria Collection.
The Roosevelt Returns Package includes a stay at the Roosevelt New Orleans from $139 per night, or a suite from $199, along with a welcome drink for two at the famous Sazerac Bar.
The hotel also offers its Summer Escape Package, with savings up to $400 that includes a third night free when you book two nights from $139 per night, or a suite from $199.
Moreover, you’ll receive 15 percent off retail purchases at The Roosevelt Emporium gift shop, free breakfast for up to two children, and a complimentary one-night certificate for a future stay at participating Hilton family hotels.
The specials are available July 26 through September 30, 2009.
Go for the room; get a great suit. The hotel picks up the entire tab.
The package is priced at $6,193 per night. Alternatively, stay in an L900 Landmark Suite at the published rate of $1,199 per night and enjoy a $322 voucher for use at either Alfred Dunhill or Chloe for each night of stay.
