Editorial intern Kate Nerenberg was a joint Spanish and Art History major at Middlebury College, but is not using either field as an aspiring food writer. A native of West Hartford, Connecticut, she is a newcomer to the Washington, DC area and her favorite foods in the city include crunchy soft shell crabs and pupusas with pork and cheese.
