Jessica Sidman

Editorial Intern Spring 2009

Editorial intern Jessica Sidman is a Colorado native who graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in May 2008. After graduation, she worked on the Enterprise team at The Dallas Morning News, where she wrote about families living in the homes of famous murders, hairstylists at the Miss Texas pageant, blogging farmers, and other quirky topics. She has also interned for the Life section of USA Today and both the sports and features departments of her hometown newspaper, The Gazette. As a reporter and editor for her college newspaper, the Daily Pennsylvanian, she predominantly covered legal affairs, including a student love triangle turned murder trial. Jessica loves cooking and traveling (she regularly daydreams about her year studying abroad in London and Northern Italy . . . and Anthony Bourdain). She currently has a sweet gig as a recipe tester for a friend's cookbook, which will be published next year.
