Editorial Intern Spring 2009
Arla Shephard is an editorial intern and a 2008 graduate of the University of Washington in Seattle, where she was a French and Comparative Literature major and served as editor in chief of her college newspaper, The Daily. Since graduation, she has interned for The Seattle Times and worked at Seattle Weekly. Her addictions include good food, television, and traveling with no money. Most recently, she spent a week in Greece in the freezing cold and celebrated three weeks of Ramadan in Morocco.
