Inauguration Aggregation

Happy Friday! Here's the inauguration news we're reading this morning.

Lots of people are up in arms about Obama's decision to choose evangelical pastor Rick Warren to deliver the inaugural invocation. Most cite Warren for being anti-gay.

Metro has decided to charge customers rush-hour fares and $4 to park at Metro lots on Inauguration Day. The transit service will operate at rush-hour levels from 4 AM to 9 PM, two hours later than originally planned.

The Washington Post calls this the number one priority for Inauguration Day: There will be 5,000 porta-potties on the National Mall.

An Alexandria school's Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps invited to march in the inaugural parade is raising fund to purchase coats and gloves for the big day.
