You Be the Food Critic!
Published Friday, October 02, 2009
For the past 29 years, The Washingtonian has polled readers on their favorite—and least favorite—things about the local dining scene.
Now’s your chance to be the restaurant critic. What’s your favorite place for a special occasion? Who’s winning the cupcake wars? Where do you satisfy a pizza craving? What’s the area’s most overrated restaurant? Click here to fill out the quick survey. The results will be published in our December issue. When you’re done, you’ll be automatically entered in a drawing to win a gift certificate for lunch or dinner at Potenza, Black’s Bar and Kitchen, and other great Washington restaurants.

No W-A-Y!!!
No offense intended, but "Baked Wired" cupcakes of Georgetown are what’s cookin’.
Just look for "the" pink bicycle.
My son & I favor the mouth-watering "Chocolate Cupcake of Doom"!!!!!!! I plan to pick some up for Halloween, Boo.
Our 2nd delectable runner up is "The Smurf Cupcake" (a blueberry & lemon get-up).
I MUST also mention that the cherry biscotti is scrumptious (and won’t break your teeth), and the Oatmeal Butterscotch cookie is absolutely heavenly! A-a-h!!!!!!
Please also note that I have no association with this place other than the fact that I probably visit w-a-a-y too often, because I work right down the street at _ _ _ _ _ _ _.

I love Georgetown Cupcakes! Whenever I travel I always seek out the "best" cupcake. Well...so far...none can compare! The right amount of frosting..the moistness of the cupcake itself.. and the right size....Yum! Can’t wait to go back to DC!

Gone are the robust bureaus for the Los Angeles Times, Newhouse News, and other once-healthy news organizations. Digital media bureaus now are taking their places with as many reporters and plenty of swagger.
