I attended both the Yael Naim and the Matisyahu concerts this past week. Sixth and I is a brilliant venue.

I attended both the Yael Naim and the Matisyahu concerts this past week. Sixth and I is a brilliant venue. The setting is so beautiful. The combined quality of its architectual heritage and brilliant acustics make it an enviable venue to catch the incredible talents it seeems to draw.

Terrific performances on both counts. My autumn couldn’t have enjoyed a more ecclectic musical start. I also caught the Coldplay concert at Verizon Center in between(the nose bleed seats don’t really compare to each seat in the house being good at Sixth & I).

Matisyahu was electric and Yael was charming. Looking forward to the next gem of a performance I can catch at 6th &I.

I wasn’t at Sixth and I, but I saw Matisyahu about a year ago and it was one of the best shows I’ve ever been to.
