Listing Price: $7,175,000
Time on the Market: 2 ½ months

This contemporary home was  built in 1951 and remodeled in 2005. It sits on more than two acres and has views of Chain Bridge and the Potomac River. The main living space is all on one floor. Skylights in the kitchen, breakfast area, and family room, and floor-to-ceiling windows in the living and dining rooms let in lots of natural light. The coolest part about this house is its backyard, which has a koi pond, patio, pool, tennis court, and a 200-foot drop-off down to the Potomac River.
