This is definitely a SCAM. The person is still advertising this place on Craigslist for super low prices (in 2011). Once you inquire or express interest, s/he asks you to wire money outside the country via "the eBay Company." BEWARE!!!

The post has been flagged for removal, probably a fake. $1300/mo in Georgetown for that? Too good to be true!
