You can never tell which home items are going to stay with you for years and years. I have a simple, brown, fold-up bookcase that has followed me from apartment to apartment. It’s not something you would ever notice, but it has always fit in my place, nondescript and utilitarian. When I saw World Market’s folding bookcase, I so wished that it had been available when I first needed one. These have all the benefits of my boring brown bookcase, except they are fun! Anyway, they are on sale for just $49, and you just might have it around forever.
Wisteria’s midsummer sale includes plenty of new discounts, including the sawhorse leg table. It’s now $749.49, down from $999. If you don’t want to lay out that much cash, you can use it as inspiration and make up the difference with some antique shopping and elbow grease.
I have been on the hunt for some time for patterned towels, and Restoration Hardware has marked down some really cool options. The great thing about the Miramar collection is that they have a theme connecting the different patterns and colors, so it doesn’t just look like you have a bunch of hand-me-downs.
