Closest Metro station: McPherson Square, on the Blue and Orange lines, is four blocks away; the Red line’s Dupont Circle is five blocks.
Number of Units: 90, with 30 floor-plan options.
Sizing: One and two bedroom units range from 630 to 2,400 square feet. The most popular seller is the two-bedroom, 1,200-square-foot unit.
Pricing: Prices begin in the mid-$400,000s and top off at about $1.6 million. The average price is $800,000.
Green Factor: Environment-friendly features include:
• Recycling of “waste” energy from the gym to heat residences
• Large windows to bring in natural light
• Energy Star appliances such as Bosch water-conserving washing machines
Luxurious Touches: Full concierge service—one phone call nets dinner reservations, arrangements for a dog walker, or someone to water the plants. There also will be a 23,000-square-foot health club.

very interesting, how times have changed! when i tried to buy a unit there pre-construction a few years ago, they were unbelievably self-confident and snotty. it was by "appointment only" and they were "completely booked". so, i ventured to the sales office on a mid morning week day, told them i knew exactly which unit i wanted to purchase, had no agent so they would not have to pay a broker’s fee and my purchase would be cash, no pending mortgage/loan issues. well, they literally laughed at me and said that didn’t matter, they wouldn’t talk to me any further but said i was welcome to stay to look at the model of the building they had sitting on a table! well, now they can’t sell them and i am sure the poor suckers that bought them several years ago, based on a drawing and price, will want to walk away from their contracts when the building is ready for closings and occupancy. the last laugh, as they say, is the BEST laugh! hehehe. ;)

The 75% figure came directly from the sales office when we originally contacted them. After seeing your comment, we called back to double-check—the correct number is 57%. We’ve updated the original blog posting to reflect the correct number.

57% of the building is sold, not 75%. Sales have been slower than expected.
