This Italian villa-style estate was built in 1987 and remodeled in 2001. The renovations included raising and tiling the roof and adding wraparound stone terraces and a wine cellar. The 6,000-square-foot house sports a library, fitness and game rooms, central music system, and security system with seven cameras. Outside are a pool, a hot tub, gardens, ponds, and a waterfall.
