This stucco estate in DC’s Kent neighborhood was built in 2004. The kitchen has a six-burner Viking stove, two dishwashers, double wall ovens, a Subzero refrigerator, and granite countertops. On the first floor, the library and dining room open to a terrace through French doors.
Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in closet with a wall of shoe cubbies, a shower with a marble bench, and a private porch. In the basement is a media room with surround sound and a pull-down screen, a wet bar, and a wine cellar.
