This contemporary, Tuscan-style home in the Eagle Ridge section of Avenel was designed by Washington-based architect David M. Schwarz. With more than 11,300 square feet of living space, the 15-year-old home includes floor-to-ceiling windows, 12-foot ceilings, and a security system. The kitchen has two dishwashers, two Subzero refrigerators and freezers, and a separate hallway leading to the garage for caterers.
