For Sale: More than $2 million of furniture, including pieces by Henredon, Hickory Chair, Marge Carson, Martha Stewart, and Stickley—a line of high-end solid wood furniture that Danker carries exclusively in the Washington area. “Oh it’s going to be big,” says Danker furniture manager Mike Holmes. The warehouse will truck in factory overruns and discontinued items—Holmes says there will be dining sets, bedroom sets, bookcases, upholstery, and chairs. A special truckload of Stickley pieces are selling for as much as 45 percent off; other lines will go for up to 70 percent off.
Sale Perks: Free coffee, hot chocolate, donuts, soda, and popcorn.
