Where: 1159 Crest Lane, McLean Listing price: $4,595,000 Time on the market: 12 days Bedrooms: four Bathrooms: five
Crest Lane is one of McLean’s most well-known VIP streets. Towering trees provide shade and privacy along the dead-end street that drops from Chain Bridge Road toward the river. Most of the mansions—like this contemporary—have gorgeous water views.
Dubbed “Deep Run,” the custom-built, 5,000 square foot estate sits on more than two acres. The living room and dining room have floor-to-ceiling windows that maximize the view. There’s a library, caterer’s kitchen, and second-story family room with a vaulted ceiling and wet bar.
