Peanut butter absolutely works for even tough cases of hiccups, even from wine , which are the toughest, in my experience, to cure. One tablespoon, and it’s does the job quickly.

Sit the person down and ask them to name every food and drink they had in the last 24 hours. Most of the time, people think so hard that they forget they had the hiccups!

I got the hiccups walking home from work yesterday after we taped this video. I thought it was incredibly ironic. I wanted to try the sugar thing, but the hiccups were cured before I was near a sweet ’n low or anything. Oh well. Next time!

Offer the hiccup-er $50 to stop hiccuping within the next five minutes. Make sure they take you seriously. Five minutes later, the hiccups are gone, and all you have to do is explain you were lying about the $50 :)
