“Ecocouture” isn’t a term often heard in casual conversation about wedding dresses, but South African designer Adele Wechsler proves that it could be. Her new line of inspired, feminine frocks was created with the environmentally conscious bride in mind and uses only organic fabrics. Plan ahead: Reston’s Paper Source (11975 Market St., Reston; 703-481-0053) is hosting a class on Wednesday where you can make your own save-the-dates—exactly as you want them. Experiment with different paper textures, colors, and messages to find the perfect style. Bonus: The teacher will also give tips on how to mass-produce the designs for couples with a lengthy guest list. Reservations suggested. $55; 6:30 to 9:30 PM.
