The Lookout gives you the heads up on the best events taking place around town. Friday night, gossip blogger Perez Hilton hits town.
Washington’s celebrity-obsessed are in for a triple whammy Friday night: Snarky gossip blogger Perez Hilton and Good Charlotte rockers Joel and Benji Madden are coming to Arlington’s Clarendon Ballroom for radio station HOT 99.5’s latest Lil’ Black Dress Party. Future VH1 star Hilton is playing host; the Madden brothers are playing a special acoustic performance. And who knows if Nicole Richie will tag along?
Doors open at 10 PM, and the show is scheduled for about 11:30. Dive into a sea of little black dresses—girls, if you wear one, you get entered in a raffle to win $1,000 from National Jean Co.—and join the fun . . . but get there early. Love Perez or hate him, he’s bound to draw a crowd.
