Denver Broncos: Cleveland Park Bar & Grill, 3241 Connecticut Ave., NW; 202-806-8940. Mile High? Not quite—but you do have to head up to the roof deck of this sports-crazy bar to find other Denver fans. Jon, the bartender and a personal Broncos backer, pours shots when Denver scores. Otherwise, enjoy specials on Miller Lite. The Big Cup, a 20-ounce plastic souvenir mug, is just $5.75 during games. Closest Metro stop: Cleveland Park.
Miami Dolphins: Glory Days Grill , 3059 Nutley St., Fairfax; 703-204-0900. Lonnie Lazear, the managing partner of Glory Days Fairfax, is (1) from Miami and (2) wants to watch the Dolphins with you. “I try to wrangle all the people I can to be on my side,” he says. So far, he’s doing a pretty good job. The bar draws a solid, if small, base of Phins fans each week. Plus—$5 appetizers during Monday Night Football. Closest Metro stop: Vienna.
Cleveland Browns: Lucky Bar, 1221 Connecticut Ave., NW; 202-331-3733. Browns backers took over this Dupont bar about three years ago. Now Lucky Bar does Sunday specials only during Cleveland games ($2.50 Bud Lights, $10 pitchers; $3 Yuenglings, $12 pitchers). Go to find the classic Browns spirit: Win or lose, these fans will support their team.
Not near Dupont? Check out Neighbors Restaurant (262 Cedar Lane, SE; 703-698-8010), which also draws dozens of Browns supporters each week. Closest Metro stops: Lucky Bar—Dupont Circle, Farragut North; Neighbors—Dunn Loring, Vienna San Diego Chargers: TBA. Bolts message boards across the Internet teem with posts from DC-based San Diego fans looking for a team bar, but no one has stepped up to the plate—until now. Dave, an intrepid fan now living in Washington, wants to choose a bar and make it the Chargers' own. E-mail him at dcchargersfan AT hotmail.com if you're interested.

The best Vikings bar in the DC area is, without a doubt, Mackey’s in Crystal City. That is where the Northern Virginia Vikings Fan Club is every Sunday, viewing the Vikings game on two huge projection screens and about 15 or so flat screens as well. We get the sound feed and the staff is the best around in regards to catering to our food and drink needs, even going so far as to wearing Vikings gear on football Sundays. We usually have 100 to as many as 250 diehard Vikings fans there for the game and the place is rocking when the game is on. I’d like to welcome anyone who wants to have as close to a real game experience as possible to come on out and join us.

How about a college post? I know Rhodes grill in VA does Texas and Summers does TCU. The military acadamies should have a decent presence in the city too.
