A half-mile from the Takoma Park Metro is this two-level, three-bedroom home. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and granite countertops. There’s also an attic for extra storage and a fireplace. The home has a yard, and cats or dogs that weigh less than 25 pounds are welcome. There’s a one-year minimum lease, and a $30 application fee.
