A revival of a 1950s apartment building, The Takoma offers condo-living in quaint Takoma Park.

Floorplans: The Takoma has three floor plans that are still available: studios, two-bedrooms, and three-bedrooms, each with one bathroom.
Prices: Studios start at $174,900; two-bedrooms at $289,900; and the remaining three-bedroom at $329,900.
In each unit: Granite countertops, ceramic tile, stainless-steel appliances, and maple cabinets in the kitchens; ceramic tile, wood vanities, and granite countertops in the bathroom. Harwood floors in the bedrooms and dining areas.
