What: The West Village of Shirlington.
Where: 4155 S. Four Mile Run Dr., Arlington.
Number of units: 528 spread out over 40 buildings, each with four floors.
Number sold: 410.
Floor plans: Choose from one- and two-bedroom condominiums, two-bedroom cottages, and three-bedroom townhomes. Cottages are flats, and townhomes occupy two stories.
Prices: One-bedroom condos start at $310,000, two-bedroom condos at $369,000. Cottages start at $399,000, townhomes at $434,000.
In each unit: Hardwood floors, custom walk-in closets, washer/dryer, ceramic tiling in the bathrooms, and stainless-steel kitchen appliances. There’s also a balcony, walk-out terrace, or sunroom in every unit.
Building amenities: The complex has 12,000 square feet of amenity space. The Club West building houses a library and business center with Internet at five computer stations. A media center/theater is located on the ground floor along with a fitness center. The second-floor club room features flat-screen TVs, a pool table, and an open kitchen for entertaining along with a fireplace, coffee bar, and elevated outdoor patio. The complex boasts the largest outdoor pool of any Arlington complex, and it’s surrounded by an outdoor patio with grills, a picnic area, and a putting green. The recreational pool room offers foosball, Ping-Pong tables, and flat-screen TVs. Storage spaces are available.
Closest Metro: Pentagon City is a ten-minute ride on a free morning and evening shuttle provided for residents for about two hours in the morning and two hours at night.

Just bought a place here; all young professional residents, great area, and seems to be a steal of a price! Hopefully the area will continue to develop.
