Where: 2805 Crystal Drive, Arlington
Number of Units: 465
Sizing: Buyers can choose from 10 different floor plans of studios, one, two, and three-bedroom units.
Pricing: Prices range from $300,000 to more than $1 million.
Closest Metro: Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport on the blue and yellow lines, about one mile away. A bus picks up residents every six minutes.
Luxurious Touches: Each unit comes with a 42”, wall-mounted, flat panel television.
Building Amenities: On-site Harris Teeter grocery store, fitness center, outdoor pool, lounge, theater room, underground parking, and observation deck with panoramic views of the National Mall and the Potomac River.
In Each Unit: Ceramic tile in the bathroom and kitchen, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and washer/dryers.
For Sale: The sales office says that about 400 units have sold, leaving 65 on the market.
