A correction to my prior comment regarding 6022 Orris St., Mclean, VA: The 2007 assessment was $2,732,550 and NOT $2,880,000.

Posted by: John Arledge, trustee, Apr 23, 2009 06:43:29 AM

6022 Orris St., Mclean, VA was never for sale in October of 2007 and was put on the market for the first time ever since construction in October of 2008 for $3.5 million. In April of 2009 the price was eventually reduced to its lowest asking price of $2,750,000. The lot is worth more than $1,645,000. The assessment is $2,880,000.
The listing in the 10/30/09 is a mistake or misprint.
